Do not go to this clinic. Dr muller retired, and there is now a new dr that took over. Dr muller was kind, patient, understand and advocated and listened to his patients. The receptionist was also very kind and caring. The new dr that took over, talks you in circles, makes you feel crazy quite frankly. Wanted to undo all the work that I had done to get my health back in check with Dr. Muller. I left both appointments very defeated. I know doctors are limited, and wait lists are long, but I would advise you drive to Okotoks or Calgary before letting this man see you.

Dr Mueller is a caring gynecologist with excellent bed side manners. He performed a hysterectomy and follow up treatments with absolutely no issues. My issue is with the functioning of his office. I was told that a request to see a Urologist was sent to HS Urology Central Intake which is a central dispatch to the Urologists on August 24, 23. Today I phoned the office of Dr. Mueller questioning where they sent the request and when and got the above mentioned answer. I then called the Central Intake office. I spoke to 2 departments who were quite surprise that I have not been assigned to a Urologist by now. They both confirmed that they never received a request from Dr. Mueller’s office. They told me that they suspect that it was sent to the wrong fax number and they gave me the right one which I shared with Dr Mueller’s office. For the 3rd time this morning I called back Dr. Mueller’s office and after asking questions to the receptionist she said that she would resend it today. I will check by the end of the week confirming if it was done. I know that specialists are busy but if things get done right to begin with I would not be waiting an extra 3 months to get into the system. The person at HS Urology said that she has a note on my file to expedite the request once they receive it. I just felt that the office of Dr Mueller were not all that keen on getting to the bottom of this and if I did not do the work myself I would have never received a call from any Urologist. Sad that you pay into this health care system which I see that the government is making an effort to improve but the source is the office of the doctor who issues the referral that is failing.

My review is based on a call I made to check if the clinic has received my referral from my GP. The lady who answered the phone was in a hurry to disconnect the call even before she answered any of my queries properly (She wasn't helpful at all).

If I could give -5 stars I would. The receptionist that works here behaves like a 15yr old child. The passive aggressive attitude and literally questioning why there is no “proof” on file about my issue? Are you kidding me I’m telling you the issue. You’d think if you work in a medical field you care for ppls health. That is NOT the case here. The woman here rather pretend she has some minuscule amount of power over the clients. There’s no reason to waste money and time just so the office can bill my insurance for a completely unnecessary appointment. Catty childish behaviour has no place in a doctors office. How dare you treat clients like this. I could literally end up with something perforated while waiting for a procedure, I will be going elsewhere. I would bet all the money in the world that this woman did not convey to her employer how she actually spoke to me. Karma is very very real and I absolutely believe this woman will get hers. Please do not waste your time going here and help pay her to behave like a child. She should be ashamed and frankly I can understand why no one else was there when I went and why the waiting room is closed.

My daughter missed her appointment because she had been in a car accident the day before. The receptionist refused to hear why, was incredibly rude, and forced her to pay $100.00 before seeing the doctor. She is a student, and this is ridiculous. Really tired of doctors allowing the front end staff to behave this way.

Terrible with communication. Because of the lack of gynecologists available in the area, reception really does act like they are the gift from God. This makes them very inaccessible and unapproachable. The gynecologists themselves are very informative and kind, but the cryptkeepers at reception are ROUGH.

Amazing! Dr Mueller always makes the visit as comfortable as possible and always explains everything that is happening at each moment.
