Great atmosphere. I was treated with kindness, dignity and respect. Seasonal allergies make my ears seriously itchy, so I came in for a check-up and cleaning. Staff member was gentle and offered good direction for my personal needs. Going to the Doctors can be intimidating for some but places like this make that experience so much better. It was more of a mini spa treatment for my ears. 🙂 Thanks Wild Rose, you’ll be……hearing from me next time I’m in need of Audiological assistance.

I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I went here for my 3 year olds hearing test and had to bring my 10 month old along. He’s been teething and quite fussy and I was all on my own to manage both kids at this appointment. The lady’s at the front desk stepped in and helped calm my baby while in the appointment with my 3 year old. Seriously fantastic. If you need a hearing test for littles, this is the place to go. I recommend them for everyone. They treat you like family there. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

I was so impressed by Dr. Nicuta Gairns. She is a fabulous and remarkable audiologist—knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, and caring.

The first time I met her was on January 12, 2023. I took my client there for a hearing assessment. My client had a pair of very old and broken hearing aids, and no one had the history of his hearing situation due to a change of clinic. I was so impressed by Dr. Gairns. She completed the hearing assessment, examined the ear shapes situations, cleaned the wax, and assisted in finding government funding for the hearing aids—all within an hour and a half. The result was great. My client was happy with the new hearing aids and could hear well.

I was glad to meet her again at the clinic today. I went there to drop off my old hearing aid for repair without an appointment. She was in the office and voluntarily came to assist in diagnosing the problem with my hearing aids. She did a quick fix, cleaned my hearing aid, and provided me with options to address the issues with my expired warranty hearing aid.

I was so impressed by her professional responses. It was a blessing to meet such a talented audiologist in Edmonton. Hearing loss was not so bad after all.

Incredible staff! Beyond amazing care with children! They made my daughter happy to be there and excited despite her fears coming into the appointment.They also take the time to fully explain the processes what the findings mean, the possibilities of why.

I have brought multiple family members to be seen at the Wild Rose Audiology Clinic. Every time I have been impressed with the level of service provided. The Audiologists spent additional time explaining results, discussing Works Compensation, and payment options. Hearing aids are a large investment for many people, including my aging family. I am more than happy with all the service, follow up calls, and appointments as well as the quality of the products we have purchased in the last 3 years.
