Bought a van that stated "runs and drives". Viewed it, turned it on and let it run, on the viewing day. Everything worked good. Picked it up and 2 minutes down the road it was over heating. Headgasket is blown, and I had to trailer it home. Looking into it now, I've noticed all the new cooling parts and brand new coolant in the system, so seller obviously new it had a blown head gasket. Nothing was done after my complaint, so I basically lost 3 grand.

You should take a closer look at some of the pictures I sent in with my review ( rails ) 2 bundles and showed the fence when it was finished. Please don't call back and ask why pictures I put pictures on your review. More pictures a review gets the sender gets more " points "
Please ask your younger employees about this and they can explain it to you.
Instead of a 5 star I gave you at first , I had to respond and changed it to a 3 star. Like you auction products but customer service is questionable

Because I can't give a 0 rate, bid on a quad that they said was running, needed some tlc and new bendix, couldnt drive to view it before. Got there to pick up and they were great in helping me load. Got it home and taken to mechanic to find out the engine was cracked and wouldn't turn over, wheel fell off, it was unrepairable! Called office to explain, they called us back to say we're getting money back from consignor and to bring back the quad on a certain day and time. We were happy to see they were willing to work with us. Now, to the drop off day was a completely different story...get yelled and cursed at by the owner and secretary multiple times that I was the a#!hole for thinking I can return a non working misrepresented item. Got told to leave it there and they would pay me later, not a chance that was happening! Buyer beware of these guys, thank goodness to Peter who was the only one who had common sense and integrity to say they needed to make it right.
Giving a 1 only because in the end they cut me a cheque. Won't be dealing there again.

Bought a car from Wild Rose Auction Services, their only declaration on the car was "engine light (unknown)", hopped in the car to take it home after the auction and all is going fine until 4th gear, it's completely gone, 5th gear, same thing. Clearly this is something that would have been known to the consigner, and something that could not be tested with the limited testing they allow you to do during viewing of the auction, and after pricing it out, would cost me more than the car was worth to have it repaired. They told me the only recourse was they would allow me to re-consign for the next auction with no seller fees, they also said it would be "up to me" if I were to disclose the issues, so I could screw over the next guy, but they get their fees over and over again so they don't care. Very shady, Very unethical.... but hey, if you have a LEMON with issues that cant easily identified from the limited testing you can do in the lot or if you want to scam an online buyer who can't/doesn't view in person, then this is your place to rip someone else off because the auction doesn't care if you disclose major issues, they won't do anything to support the buyer, they'll just tell you they can re-list it so they can scam more fees out of the next guy.

The lot listing leave some important information out, however everything else is great. In weather where even ducks were seeking shelter everyone including the yard crew were cheerful and efficient.

First and foremost, every interaction with the auction staff from office, yard and managers was outstanding during this process. Very professional and forthcoming in their communications.
I participated in fall auction as an online bidder and picked up items Sep 16, 2023. On Sep 18, I contacted the auction with regards to the item description and condition. A manager from the auction replied to my concern the next morning. They committed to looking into the issue, which I assumed would be the closure.
On Sep 22 (3 day turn-around), the manager emailed the results of their investigation, how the issue could happen in a large scale auction and how they continually strive for improvement. They even identified how their process will improve to assist distance bidders on item description.
My initial experience was a shock, however Wild Rose Auction & staff acted with honesty, committed to action and carried through far beyond my expectations. The outcome ended positive for both and I recommend them for this integrity.
