I really enjoyed working with Christie. She really made the most of the 4 hours we booked for photos for our wedding. The end result pictures are beautiful and plentiful. Lots of framers! Would highly recommend. Great communication and very flexible!

I would highly recommend working with Christie. She's extremely professional and easy to work with. Most importantly her work is incredible. I am so happy with the photos she captured on our wedding day. I was a little stressed because the spot we chose for our wedding photos was a super busy area. I'm also not always the most comfortable in front of camera. But Christie was able to put us at ease, give us fun prompts and capture many beautiful moments.

We originally met Christie after Mike arranged for her to secretly capture our wedding proposal. After saying “yes” and taking some quick photos immediately following our engagement, we didn’t think much more about the photos - that is, until we got them back. Saying we were happy with the photos would be an understatement. They were amazing! Once we finally picked a wedding date we hoped and prayed that Christie was available for our wedding, and luckily she was! We booked a package with 2 photographers - Christie and her partner Kin - so that we could capture both groups of the bridal party getting ready as well as the opportunity for different angles during the reception. We did another engagement shoot with Christie prior to the wedding and again, to no surprise, they knocked it out of the park with the photos we received. Seriously, there was not one photo that we didn't like and she just made us feel so at ease which allowed her to take more candid pictures. Fast forward to our wedding day where Christie took getting ready photos with the girls, and Kin with the boys. We met Kin for the first time on our wedding day, and yet, just like Christie he was one of the most personable and funny people. The Bridal Party met up together for group photos and that was when the real magic happened. Watching both Christie and Kin throughout the day was awesome because they work so seamlessly together. We never felt they were intrusive at all during the day, including the ceremony where space was limited - which is extremely impressive. For most couples, photographs are one of the most important aspects of a wedding day because those photos last a lifetime. We could not have imagined our day without Christie and Kin and are so thankful that we were able to have White Dahlia Studios as a vendor. We would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a photographer to capture special memories checks their portfolio out to see for themselves - we are so glad we did!

Definitely would not recommend! In the end, Christie handled our situation completely unprofessionaly and ghosted us after we sent her payment. We chose her based off of her Instagram portfolio but what we got was not what we were expecting. We trusted her completely to take memories of our wedding day but when we got the previews, we were not happy. There was too much glare and some photos were blurry. We told her we were unsatisfied and she tried to edit them again but it was not better. It was disappointing to trust her with photography as we were busy on our wedding day and then to have her completely ignore us when we requested solutions to the problem. In our final email to her, we offered to pay extra to re-edit the photos once again, but she never responded to us.

I was incredibly pleased with White Dahlia Studios for doing our engagement photos and photographing our wedding. I really feel I lucked out by coming across this company.

They are always so accommodating. While they do lovely candid photos, they are also open to requests for posed shots. They are very good at directing photoshoots, their photos come out absolutely gorgeous, and they are very helpful about retouching requests.

Christie and Kin are very friendly and likable. My husband and I always felt at ease while they did our photos. Nevermind that their photography is very reasonably priced! I personally think they were the hardest workers at our wedding and they deserve to be paid much more than we were charged.
