I had to follow up to find where my brother was and for the fingerprint that I paid for. This turned out to be a piece of crap and unusable. I was told that I had to pay extra for a higher resolution version which I was not informed of up front. The female that we interacted with a few different times was very cold and somewhat rude. A very horrible way to be dealt with during such a horrible time in our lives.
