I visited this dental office for the first time yesterday and had a great experience from the reception staff, hygienist and dentist. I have a follow up booked for myself and for my daughter and I am happy to go back. Very clean modern facility!

Dr.McNiven is absolutely wonderful. I am quite anxious at the dentist and this office has been a saving grace. They are patient, knowledgeable and understanding. The front staff are always kind and welcoming and I’m never waiting past my appointment start time. Highly recommend!

My 4 year old has come with me to numerous dentist appointments and has refused to let anyone see her teeth. Leanne, our Dental Hygienist was absolutely amazing with her and made the experience so great. The way she interacted with my daughter throughout my cleaning was beyond impressive, she made it so fun for her. She has been talking about it non stop and asking when we can go back. Dr. Chen was great to speak with as well, and was very informative. The facility was spotless and we felt very safe being there. I don't usually review places but I was so impressed today with Leanne I just had to! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Thanks so much!

This place is BUSY! But only because they are so great! Dr. Paul Chen is our absolute fav. He’s professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients. We now drive 3.5 hours to see him for all our dental needs. Darla, Natasha and the front end staff are always excellent and very accommodating. If you are going elsewhere for dental care you are missing out!

Westman dental is the biggest group of con artist and useless scammers Ever every time they would do a filling on me It would fall out, And they would never cover it, And they would always make me pay to fix it! The last time I was in, they screwed up and Did the wrong filling they redid one that I had just had done at a different dentist office because they weren't able to get me in. And then they tried to blame Everyone else for it. They tried to blame the other dentist office and then they tried to blame me for it.
Hey put on an act acting like They cared and there was a claim to be so apologetic. It was such a fight to get them to do something about it and actually fix the right tooth after arguing with them. They finally did. The dentist Told me he wasn't going to charge me for the feeling that they screwed up on. And that they were going to refund the money. It took them so long to refund my money. It was insane , and then every time I went in to get a cack , they never had it for me, Now they tell me that they will not take me back because I was rude to. They are complete joke of a dentist office. Every time I would go in, they would pick at Is Fillings for 10 minutes straight until 1 or 2 would fall out. Just so that they could redo them And charge me again for the same ones because like I said they never covered any of them. They knock fillings out. They actually got upset when I confronted them about doing it and Told them every time I was in that's what they would do! And it would fall out in a month, and every time they did a feeling they would knock out the one next to it, they were so rough. Every time I was in there I would hear kids just screaming at the top of their Lungs. I can only imagine what kids would go through For Pain considering how rough they were with me. The people at the front desks were the most rude ignorant people in the world and they treated me with such disrespect. They would call me tell me to come. Pick up a check and I'd show up. And there would be no check or I'd show up. And they knew I was on my way in then. They'd lock the door I'd see them standing at the desk , but not open the door let me in. Honestly, though the worst was them not having a clue. What feeling they were doing repeatedly.
And then charging me for having done the wrong one

so busy? yes, i can feel. only let me book an appointment and wait over 1 month to wait, and then tell me Need to wait 3-4 months after nerve extraction, that means it must be Delay and deterioration. it's not a busy, it's no care and unconcerned. immoral. wait long time and even needs to be numbered again during the treatment process. if u r really busy, why not finish all case first, why still accepted newers and waste time. u do nothing but delaying. so immoral. Whether you are treated here or not, they will make your condition worse. Because no treatment wastes more than a month at least, if having a treatment may let you to wait for several months. i saw other comments. almost same , the first thing he told me is only to pull out the tooth. really bad commercial action. even decided it just using three seconds and cannot sit there to chat something, although i had waited there half an hour. booking an appointment doesn't really work.

I am very pleased with my first visit with the West-Man Dental Group. The place was clean and spacious. They were on time with my appointment and I was impressed with how painless my cleaning was. The staff and Doctors were very friendly and professional. Lastly.. the appointment confirmation text was a nice touch. Thank you!
