Terribly slow clinic and I mean SLOW. 30 minutes a patient easily, and seems like there is only one doctor ever working. There is lots of seating and it is very clean. But it took me over 4 hours to get in on a pretty
Quiet day. They said 2 hours wait so I went home for 1.5hours came back and waited 2.5hours to get a 10 minute visit.

I walked in for the first time for a walk in appointment as I’m typically nervous about seeing new doctors. Receptionists were very kind, hardworking and informational. Very easy process. I had to wait 2 hours but gladly, I was able to leave and come back! Seen the kindest doctor who I felt like actually cared as to why I was there to see him! It’s a very busy place and now I know why!! I will be coming back for future needs and to hopefully get a family doctor at this clinic!

I dont know who the Doctors name was for walk-in today (Jan 29) but he was an ass. He didn't give his name or i would list it

No bedside manner what so ever. Talks down to you. I gave a list of symptoms my daughter had, he did basic checking, prescribed something and barley said anything when he walked out the door. I wasn't even sure if we were done he walked out so fast. After a 3 and a half hour wait, a little explanation isn't too much to ask for.

What is this medicine supposed to do? How does it help? Is there anything I should look out for? Nothing.

A clinic secretary should be polite, understanding, smiling, and attentive to the patients. This is what a secretary working in a public setting should embody, ready to serve people with professionalism. Unfortunately, in your clinic, the experience was quite different with the reception staff. They were impolite, arrogant, and lacked consideration. For example, even though I had a card clearly stating the date and time of my appointment, your system overruled it, causing a misunderstanding that made me miss an afternoon of work. This is extremely disappointing and makes one want to seek another clinic. To be clear, I am only talking about the reception secretaries, not the rest of the staff who work at this clinic. I am questioning your hiring criteria for the secretaries, and it's clear that adjustments need to be made to better serve your patients

It could Negetiv ratings if possible, I love the doctors, they are very kind to all ethnicity but Very Racist Receptionist, specially the short hair lady, very rude and sarcastic, it's a battle to see a doctors each time you visit specially for immigrants. Not everyone like that in Brandon, management has to do with Receptionist and waiting system. Receptionist holds waiting walk in patients for 4 to 5 hours by telling them to wait for 1 to 2 hours of waiting time.

Nice facility, physicians, nurses & techs are good, but it’s hard to get an appointment, get information or even ask a question due to the clinic admin’s elaborate gatekeeping system. Doesn’t matter if you’re a regular patient. I understand the medical system is under a huge strain right now, but they need to figure out their queue system instead of just hoping everyone will give up & go away.

I am aware our medical system is completely broken. 4-6 hour wait at the Brandon Hospital is for sure, everyday!
I was surprised by the 1 hour 25 minute wait I had at Western Medical. I walked in, first time using this clinic, there was one person with a child in the waiting room. I checked in and they told me 45min to an hour. Not sure why as there was 2 persons in the waiting room.
The girls at the front desk were less than helpful and won’t say anything but vague responses. As people walk in, go to the desk, the responses were completely vague, useless, and indifferent. People were coming in and going out, it was never real busy, by the time I saw a doctor, for 2 full minutes, the waiting room filled to about 20-25 people.
Not sure why I had to wait for so long. Very disappointing and no one working cares, no one tries, the employees there are very indifferent.
The doctor I saw was excellent though. I guess the humanity in our medical system is gone. There were some sick kids that should be seen right away but they sit there for hours waiting. For what I needed, there should be a way to do this by video call but instead I had to sit there, wait my turn, and take up space and time from people who are sick and need a doctor.
The system is completely broken, too much management and not enough workers. What a complete disappointment.
