Highly recommend western financial. I worked with Alicia to get a quote on car insurance. It was the easiest most seamless way to renew my car insurance and they saved me a bunch of money!

I have used this business many times over the years to insure my vehicles and motorhome. Today I went in to renew my truck and never had my registration with me. The young guy told me it wasn’t possible to renew without my registration in hand. So I went home, phoned into their competitor and did it over the phone. Obviously this is possible without the registration in hand if you can do it over the phone. I think more training is needed at this location.

Huge S/O to Carley and Jesse yesterday for hooking me up with a great policy for my motorcycle in BC.

I dislike the BC insurance system for multiple reasons.

I am updating this review as of March 6, 2025 because of the incredible service I received from the staff member Rachel. She was not only incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but she actually took the time to thoroughly research relatively obscure facts for me in order to ensure accuracy, rather than risk inadvertently providing misinformation. This is how every business should behave. She also called me back exceptionally quickly after she retrieved said information.

Rachel really did go above and beyond making sure to answer my questions in a friendly and accurate manner, and I am very happy with this company thanks to her service - as well as the many other staff members I’ve worked with here over the years who also provided seamless, quick and highly positive experiences. Lisa Domineli stood out as well, as she provided a fantastic 10 out of 10 experience when I posted my first review of this location several years ago. It would seem professionalism here is far from dead, and is rather still at its peak. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to make their insurance experience more understandable, relatable, friendly, more affordable, and…dare I say it…even kind of fun! 😳
