As a long time customer of Western Financial, I’m very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of service received and do not recommend this location!

I took my elderly parent with mobility limitations into this location to complete her business this morning only to be told we’d have to wait 40 minutes because everyone was in a meeting and NO ONE was available or willing to come out and assist us. (We were not the only customers in the lobby)

No signage was posted on the front door of the business or on the inside counters indicating service would be delayed. We left without being able to complete the necessary business and will not use this company for future transactions.

DO BETTER Western Financial! At least post a sign on the main door so customers don’t waist time! Your customer service targets were definitely NOT met today and this location is NOT easily accessible for individuals with any type of mobility limitations. DO BETTER!

Came to this place to receive guidance on if my vehicle was able to be plated or if I need it safetied, the lady at the front was rude, not helpful and straight disrespectful. If you’re looking for a place to receive help I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Not sure why they hire people that don’t have good customer service!

dont go with the optiom policy insurance from western financial group they really taking money from you to get owing they will told you there was a mistake on calculation of the amount of the policy you get and thats also the same reason they gave to my wife wrong computation..not recommended this company OPTIOM to get you written off policy insurance..?
