Super voyage dans un lieu fantastique, la journée ne peut que se dérouler à merveille.
Malheureusement le beau temps n’y était pas mais Lisa la guide n’a jamais cessée de nous rassurer à propos de la météo en restant positive.
La chance nous a souris car on a évité la pluie et le paysage restait tout aussi magnifique.
Lisa est une super guide professionnelle, gentille, qui peut même se transformer en photographe 🙂

Thank you for arranging a very happy and magical Rocky Mountain ice and snow trip for us. Especially the professional and enthusiastic tour guide Simon, who always got our expectations and provided very considerate services. The tour guide David was also very dedicated, accompanying us all the way in the wind and snow, allowing us to feel the ever-changing situation while driving on the Icefield Parkway. This time, we joined the Banff four-day group tour by Westar Travel. The journey was amazing! Our tour guide, Joseph Mao, was very kind and professional. He always recommended great restaurants and shared the history of the sites. His bilingual Mandarin/English introduction was perfect! Our driver, Joe, was also very nice and drove us safely to every destination. I truly appreciate their efforts.

I highly recommend joining a travel group with Westar, and I hope to join again in the future!

Join the Banff 4-day tour with Joseph Mao, he’s good at introducing the places, and the history while using bilinguals to make sure everyone understands and does not feel neglected. Driver Joe is also very nice, drives us a long way through these four days, and is really nice. Overall, we had a really good time and will absolutely recommend it!
