If you do have to use westana avoid dealing with Linda at all costs. She was incredibly rude. She won't send your application to multiple lenders and will instead pick and choose, sending it out one at a time working her way down the list of who will give her the best kick back/commission. She will leave you over the weekend with no word back wondering what's going on for days at a time. I understand not everyone qualifies for financing but everyone should be treated with respect and kindly. After a week and a half of having to reach out to her and have her speak rudely to me, she leaves you with the gross feeling of not wanting to give her the business of the deal even if she were to be able to get you financed. Linda should be ashamed of her customer service skills.

Update to edit Linda finally called me just after leaving this review to throw her hat in the door after 5 days with not a word from her. 3 weeks to attempt to get financing is unacceptable. I'm not upset it couldn't be done at all. That I understand. It was the way she would rush off the phone, only half listen, interrupt me when speaking and not bother to call for days on end. She is the worst broker I have ever spoken with. The nicest she was to me throughout the whole process was after I left a review and she called. I told her not to bother after all. I'm sure the only reason she bothered to call is because she is now having to explaine her poor attitude and customer service skills so someone. Hopefully all her calls are recorded and she can be coached to treat future clients with more respect and kindness.

After my battle with cancer and 3 months of recovery they seized my truck may of 2018. . I never fought them on it. The vehicle sold fast. I was never informed of the sale , now after all this time they are suing me for the short fall. Legal bills are adding up and I have an appeal pending. Now they are garnishing my wages like they something to get. SEIZE OR SUE. YOU CANT DO BOTH

Bought a truck from them 1 year ago, Came with Engine Rebuild Invoice of $50k , Engine blew up in 2 months time, No warrenty what so ever, Avoid like the plauge!

I have had dealings with Westana Equipment Leasing twice now. Each time they have been very fast on approvals with a no nonsense, practical approach of what they need and expect. Compared to other lease companies that I have used I chose Westana first. The people are always pleasant to communicate with and they are very quick to respond and not leave you waiting or give you the run around or the silent treatment. They are also very practical and they fully understand the trucking industry and equipment as well as the needs of the small business owner. They help you find the right equipment that will be the best for you as well as what they are comfortable with to offer the funds for. They also understand that sometimes unforeseen things come up and they have worked with me in the past for a deferred payment. I would recommend Westana to anyone and I am very satisfied with this company. I feel that they are a 5 star lender.

As much as they might be very good people to deal with they are however no different from loan sharks. I don't have any problem with them though the interest rate that they are charging me is more like daylight robbery. They themselves wont ever tell you what your interest rate is apart from saying its factored into your monthly payments. You can't pay off your equipment fast and save yourself on interest coz you still have to pay the same amount anyway.

I will never finance anything with them ever again once i pay up my equipment.

Interest Rate is ridicolous here. And you cannot pay it off early. No mercy at all. They charged us 20% interest. Would not recommend dealing with them.
