Tuck Tape Nightmares and Toxic Mold: An Abomination of a Hotel
Where do I even begin with this absolute disaster of a hotel? It felt like stepping back into a forgotten era, and not in a charming, vintage way. The first red flag should have been the exterior, where I was greeted by the charmingly unprofessional sight of TUCK TAPE holding parts of the window together. Yes, you read that right. Tuck tape. On an outside window.
Stepping inside the room was like entering a petri dish. Visible MOULD clung to the dated, stained furniture like a fuzzy, unwelcome guest. I wouldn't have dared to place my belongings on any surface for fear of them developing their own ecosystem. The furniture itself looked like it had survived several world wars, each piece bearing the scars of neglect and abuse.
And the "sheets"? Oh, the sheets. They were a disturbing shade of yellow, hinting at a history I didn't want to contemplate. They felt thin and rough, and frankly, looked like they hadn't seen a proper wash in months. Sleeping in that bed felt like a health hazard.
This wasn't just a bad hotel; it was an assault on the senses and a serious concern for hygiene. The tuck tape on the window was just the tip of the iceberg of neglect and disrepair. This place is not fit for human habitation. Avoid this awful hotel like the plague – your health and sanity will thank you.

I recently contacted Wescana to gather some information about their services. Unfortunately, my experience with their staff was disappointing. When I called, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude, short, and appeared annoyed throughout the conversation. Their unprofessional attitude made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated, which is not what I expect from customer service.

Good communication and professionalism are essential for a positive experience, especially when reaching out for information. I hope they take feedback seriously and work on improving their customer interactions in the future. At this point, I am hesitant to consider their services, but I believe there is potential for better service with proper training and a focus on customer care.

The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. The rooms feel outdated, and the walls are very thin, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. However, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. If the property were updated, it would be a much better experience.

Little rough part of town but it's The Pas 😏. They really helped us out during the wildfire evacuation and we are very appreciative. The restaurant breakfasts are amazing!

Nice inn. Rooms are renovated and clean. Little noisy being on the main street through town. Make sure you get a room on the north side. Quieter.

Worst hotel !!!! Black mold clearly all the shower !!!! No fan hard to breathe !!!! So dirty !!!! My son and I got sick 🤢we only stayed one night as we picked up my husband from work … if we ever go back through we will never stay there again !!!!

The hotel is surrounded by drunks begging for money. Was here 4 days and at least twice a day I was asked for change. The rooms are definitely motel quality. The bare minimum at best. The A/C in my room didnt work. I had to open the out facing door to let some cool air in. The hallways are active and noisy until about 11pm and as early as 6am. For whatever reason, the room next to mine sounded like they were rearranging the furniture EVERY. DAMN. DAY...
