Big shout-out to Brett, who took care of us from start to finish, but also Adam, Jeff and Tamara. Everyone has been so great to work with. It's a team effort to buy a vehicle and they were all fantastic.

We had been specifically looking for a Fiat 500e because we knew we wanted our 2nd vehicle to be an EV but we have a *very* small footprint available in our garage. When we saw that they had a pre-owned 2024 available, our first thought was "Ugh. It's in Guelph. That's a pain." (We're ~25 min away.) It has totally been worth the extra driving. I purchased my first car here. Jacob is helping me throughout the process. He is very patient and the service is great. All fees are transparent, he showed me car fax report, and no extra fee. Certification is included and warranty for car is included, the finance manager helped with financing rate and showed me different rates. I only viewed 3 cars and first time came to the place and made decision same day. I strongly recommend this place.

I’ve spent over $5,000 at Wellington Motors Guelph in the past three months on a starter, brakes, rotors, pads, serpetine and unfortunately, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. After picking up my vehicle from service, I noticed the engine light was on. When I brought it up, the service advisor acknowledged it had been on—but said they didn’t look into it because I hadn’t specifically asked them to. I was shocked that they allowed me to leave without even mentioning it, despite knowing the light was active. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially after such a significant investment. I expected better care and professionalism. If this is their policy, how can one trust that your car is safe after bringing it to them?

I am writing to share my recent experience with your service department, which has left me quite disappointed. Having invested over $30,000 in a Dodge van, I expected a level of customer care that reflects the significance of such a purchase. Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet those expectations.

I have always believed that customer satisfaction is paramount, especially for valued clients making substantial investments. Regrettably, my interactions with your service team have not demonstrated this commitment.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider improvements to ensure future customers receive the quality service they deserve.

Absolute professional and very knowledgeable people at Wellington Jeep, Guelph location. Loved how we were welcomed, patiently our questions were answered, and accommodated our appointments based on our availability. Gerald helped with all of our questions and made the process very easy and straightforward. Vanessa helped with the finances paperwork and with fast processing, we were able to get the car ready to pick up in just two visits. Totally recommend Wellington Chrysler for car purchases. Service advisor/customer experience wasn’t good - lacked descriptiveness as you’re getting the service done and when asked, responses felt more dismissive than anything else… even after I was being patient and understanding when they left something in my car during my service the week before and actively worked with them to collect their item back.

I followed up with them via email post-service to better understand what I was paying for, and it was only then that the manager gave a detailed explanation.

The shuttle driver was pleasant though, and the shuttle pick up’s were prompt.

A little excessive with the calls for service follow-ups and requests for getting a rating/review.

Jacob was the sales associate that finalized the deal for myself, and he was able to provide a fair offer for my trade and was there to answer any of the questions I had throughout the process.
