I'm unsure as to why it's 4.9 stars when it should be 5. Sue has helped me with everything and has been an angel through this. She was very down to the point and was very knowIedgable about everything, she reassured me, she answered all of my questions to where I'd understand it better, she is a heaven sent! Thank you so much, Sue!! I have nothing but great things to say about welker. They have helped me significantly, they are very empathetic, they are understanding and most of all they help take the heavy stress of debt off of your shoulders. I am now debt free because of them. So happy I finally took the plunge and contacted Welker & Associates for help with my debts. I didn't know what to do after I couldn't keep up with my debts, and they took the time to explain options to me and didn't make me feel like it was a sales pitch or pressured.

Before working with Sue at Welker & Associates I would lay awake at night feeling helpless.. waking in a panic.. knowing I did this to myself, and I felt like a failure.
