I had such a refreshing and hassle free experience at Watford Ford Lincoln. Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable. I purchased a used Hyundai and they went above and beyond to include a few extras like mats, a bug sheild for the hood and window rain guards. Not once did I feel pressured to buy when working with Dave (as a first time buyer at a dealership, this was very important for me). When I decided on my vehicle, Nadia was fantastic and answered all of my questions to do with the finances and warranty aspects. I would highly recommend Watford Ford Lincoln. Watford Ford takes the hassle out of getting your vehicle serviced. You can probably fix it cheaper in your own driveway but you won’t get it fixed better. The mechanics are too-notch and the service manger Jamie is a great guy. I had to get a front hub fixed and was ready to pay big bucks as I had this done on previous vehicles. Much to my surprise and joy, Jamie called to inform me that it was a warranty item and would be repaired at no cost to me! They could’ve just as easily charged me the full amount and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Honest and competent, exactly what you’d hope for in a dealership!
