Quelle charmante petit motel. Les propriétaires sont un couple de coréens très sympathiques. Nous avons eu droit à une chambre avec petite cuisine bien équipée pour faire notre dîner. Très propre. Je vous le recommande fortement.

So. Let me put it to you like this. Imagine you have been on the road for the last 12 hours. You need a place to stay. You don't want to pay a lot of money for a night a a motel but you have to stop some where. Well if you were as weathered as I was, I would reccomend here. It's not a fancy place. You're not going to find a pool or a hot tub. But I will say, in my travels I have never found a cleaner establishment. The rooms are meticulously taken care of and the staff were very accommodating.

This place was a gem. A bit older but immaculate. Had a bedroom and living room with a kitchenette. Sarah was amazing Check in very quick. Thank you so much Would definitely recommend to other travellers

After a bad experience on the Key-o-lodge me and crew co-workers moved to this place, we were very impressed, our rooms were done daily, very quiet place regarding being a little close to the hwy. I had a nice room with a kitchenette and it has everything I need it. It was way cheaper that the hotel room in our previous hotel. The owners Sarah and her husband are the sweetest people I ever met. Highly recommend and I’ll be back for sure

A very clean motel with tons of space, a large parking lot and a very congenial owner. At $105 a night this was the best value we had on our vacation. We also stayed in a couple of places for $170 a night. Our quarters were a good-sized bedroom with washroom off it as well as a sitting room with a small kitchenette off it. Very comfortable!

Wow, this is excellent value; probably one of the best, quaint little hotels I have ever stayed in. The grounds and landscaping are well kept as are the inside of the rooms. Very clean and great amenities for the size of the room I stayed in. I am travelling singe and it is difficult to find a hotel that is so reasonably priced for just a single person. Owner/operators are friendly which contributed to overall excellent experience. I highly recommend it!!

Wanakena Motel in Burns Lake, Bc is my go to when in town for work. It’s ran by the nicest lady who is always down for a good chat.
It’s conveniently located on the east end of town not very walking friendly, but if you’re up for a hike, there is a quad trail that starts behind the motel which will get you into town.
The rooms are perfect while in town for work and kitchen suites available.
