My brother went in to buy a Frame TV and price beat with Costco/Best Buy. The assistant manager Shubham explained what the TV did and what options you could get with it so well that I ended up buying one for myself.

Cannot recommend Shubham enough for his knowledge and professionalism. Will definitely be coming back here to pick up a few appliances.

They helped unpack and set it up as well. They even took our old TV away when they left. I highly recommend Visions. They stand behind their service and deliver quality products. Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide which one was right for us. Will definitely buy from them again.

Wow, the customer service at this Visions location is absolutely outstanding. I walked in a few days ago, expecting the usual hassle of negotiating the price of a Samsung Q990D soundbar. To my surprise, the experience was incredibly smooth and pleasant. Shubham, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to assist me. He provided a thorough demo of the soundbar and not only matched the sale price I found at Best Buy but significantly beat it!

To top it off, he even helped me load the soundbar into my car. I was so impressed that I returned a few days later and scored another fantastic deal on 2x Samsung Frame TVs (price beat a deal at Costco).

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. While I can’t speak for the other employees, I highly recommend asking for Shubham if you visit this location.

This store is different, in the best possible way! From the initial phone call to the in-store visit to delivery and setup. Matt was super helpful at every step as well as knowledgeable without any pressure.
Go with this Canadian store for all your electronics!!! If you’re in Hamilton, the store is awesome with every model on display for comparisons. Matt changed the demo mode to other modes on the two models I was deciding between. No one else would do this.
