J'ai fait évaluer pour une nouvelle auto! Service rapide et je croyais efficaces, mais une fois l'achat fait et le contrat d'assurance signé, même que j'avais déjà la voiture en main. L'agente TTanya McFadden más communiqué par téléphone me disant qu'ils avaient Changé les termes de mon contrat! Je lui répond que je suis occur dqu'on se reparle. Jamais reçu de contrat physique! Et au premier paiement récurrent, le paiement passé avec une journée de retard et 130$ de plus que le contrat signé avec eux! Bref, ils ont change les termes de mon contrat sans mon accord et une nouvelle signature de ma part! Après recherche auprès d'avocats, j'apprends que c'est illégal!
Faites bien attention a leur non professionnalisme!

First 2yrs with them was great ..how ever the 3rd yr ..I had a new agent which was a surprise didn't get a notice of agent change had to fight with my new agent to shop around for a better policy she was ignorant then this yr I called to get a newer car insured and my olde cars insurance cancelled was another argument ...I wanted a ball park figure before deciding on full coverage or plpd insurance to make sure I would ha enough to cover the change was told I should of thought of that when purchasing the newer car ..Also was told that she wasn't going to do the work twice. ..due to her I have changed insurance companies and at a better rate to think someone who's been a customer for yrs was treated so ignorantly ..not going to name the agent but I am sure plenty of other clients who have her knows who I am talking about with the attitude she gives clients

I have been with Assurance Vienneau for 6years and dealing with them is always a breeze. Had an accident that happened a few years back and the process went so smoothly. Maryse Doucet is such a great agent and very informative to when it comes with car insurance and household insurance. She’s always happy to answer all my questions.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I got a quote for commercial insurance, and the first few weeks were promising with somewhat quick responses. However, as time went on, the responses became increasingly sparse. Whenever I needed to make modifications to my quote, it would take multiple weeks to get a response, and I often had to be the one to follow up.

At one point, I even had to call the office and ask the secretary to get in touch with my agent, as my emails and voicemails had gone unanswered for weeks. After that, my emails continued to be ignored for months and in January after almost a month and a half of no responses, I gave up and decided to go with another company that was eager to assist me.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this insurance broker.

Response is delayed. Replies always come weeks later. Policies are not reviewed annually and rates stay the same until you call. Found out there are way better prices for the insurance companies represented by this broker, that I could have years ago, but advisors never offered anything until I called and asked to find better rates. It's the. Rockers job to find good rates for the clients instead of just sitting on clients and then paying not the best prices. Kills the purpose of the broker. Found out I'd have to pay the penalty if I wanted to switch the companies. Advisor never called back to find a way to mitigate those penalties. Will be definately switching once term comes... There are better brokers out there.

My experience with Assurance Vienneau Dieppe Location was exceptional. Not only was I able to find the best rates but the service provided by agent Tracy Boudreau was truly exceptional. When I bought my new car I went back and forth to obtain my prices, Tracy was very patient and handled everything for my insurance and even sent my liability slips.

A big thank you to Tracy for giving me peace of mind and going the extra mile, She was on vacation but still responded to my email and got the job done.

I was able to sign up for house insurance with a systematic process and reasonable prices. Tracy Boudreau quickly enrolled me in the insurance and was very kind to me. If I need to sign up for another insurance in the future, I will definitely contact Tracy again.
