It was an absolute pleasure working with Brent Parnell & Zach Thompson at Vertuity to get my new mortgage! They were super informative, helpful and kept in touch throughout the whole process, updating me on the changes & keeping me in the loop about anything & everything that I needed to know. Service with Vertuity is top notch! Highly recommend using Brent and Todd. As a first time home buyer, Todd was excellent in helping educate me on the process of obtaining a mortgage. He did not push rates on me and was very open about everything . He provided comfort that the banks could not provide me. Next time I'm looking for a mortgage, they will be the first people I will contact. I will refer Vertuity to all my friends!

Once our mortgage was due for refinancing we looked into all the major banks and found that the rates they offered were all the same. Because our credit rating is very good, Vertuity was able to find us a rate that was much lower than the banks. We are saving $14000 over the banks rate on the term of the loan. Todd is excellent to deal with and it was a seamless transaction. Highly recommend dealing with Vertuity.

Brent was excellent to work with. He was extremely professional, prompt with responses, and able to finalize in a very short time frame. The entire process was clear and concise, no surprises. Secured a great rate. This is my second mortgage with Vertuity and if ever needed, I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Todd was incredibly helpful with our first mortgage! Explained any questions we had, and made the whole experience as stress-free from his end as we could ask for. Worked hard to get us as low of an interest rate as possible, and much lower than we were expecting. He also came in to the office on the weekend, to be as accommodating as possible to our hectic schedules. Definitely will recommend to friends and family in the future!
