Thank you to David Flude and everyone at the mortgage station for all you have done for myself and my family. My most recent experience in July resulted in such a positive outcome, and David was able to secure a lower rate than I ever expected.

I would not trust anyone else with my mortgage needs. David Flude is the best broker I’ve ever worked with- I would never go to another broker. He truly cares about his clients, and goes above and beyond so people are in a good place.

He is very experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and honest. Honesty is important for me, and I trust David 100%. I have been working with him since 2016 when I bought my first home. I have returned to the mortgage station many times through out the years for renewals and refinances. I know I can always go to David for good advice to help me make informed decisions. Frank was our mortgage agent a few years back when we bought our house. He has always been easy to reach and very helpful and is one of the few people that really go above and beyond the call of duty. Frank has continued to help us even post sale with subsequent renewal periods (even if he does not get paid and we are technically no longer his customer).
I am not sure what we would do without Frank... He has been of great help during these difficult and uncertain times and did a wonderful job of explaining the current market, trends, and best case scenarios in an easy to understand manner without any of the extra fuss.
