Vicki at Van Allen was very patient with me and answered my hundreds of questions. She also has taken the time to break down every part of the insurance with me and my partner so we felt comfortable wih our discussion. She found me the best quote I had gotten out of 8 other quotes. Save yourself the headache and just go to one of the big reliable insurance providers in the area.

When it came time to put in a claim for sewer backup, they were not there to help me, ultimately did not pay my claim because I got a company to come in and start with cleanup because Van Allen couldn't get one of "their own" contractors to come out untill "after the weekend"... Right, because I want to live in poop up to my ankles over the weekend.....

Brant Mutual was the policy holder with Van Allen, I found out later they have pending lawsuits for the exact same issue I had, basically stealing and not paying claims and omsbudman investigating them... these guys are all part of this criminal organization, I wouldn't doubt when they finally get shut down all the staff will get charged too for knowingly carrying on illegal business.

If you currently hold a policy with Van Allen you will want to switch your insurance before it's too late and actually need them one day. Don't make the same mistake as me, I was with them for 15 years and never put in a single claim.

Mike provided exemplary customer service even after we discontinued insurance with the Brant. We discontinued insurance as we sold the property. However Brant mutual kept charging us. Mike took immediate action to rectify the error that Brant blamed on system. I would highly recommend Mike and Nova group to anyone who is looking for property insurance.
