This year Rachel helped me plan an amazing trip to Spain and France. She found us amazing hotels in the locations that fit our wants and needs perfectly while keeping budget in mind. We just went to the Royalton in Jamaica. There were 6 adults, and 5 children, from 10 years to 5 months. Rachel did all the planning for us. With so many of us the food was an issue, as we had vegetarians, food allergies, food sensitivities and lactose intolerance, so making sure this was not going to be a problem was very important to us. We had wonderful service, and a great variety of food. The resort was beautiful, the pools were sparkling clean, the beach was clean and we had a lot of fun on boogie boards riding the waves. Our rooms were spacious and clean and the balconies faced the ocean. We had a great time thanks to all of Rachels hard work in planning the perfect family vacation. As a returning customer I was ghosted. We used vacation pros for a multi-location European vacation a year earlier. The person helping us was pleasant and helpful which took a load of planning off our shoulders.

This year I reached out to the same agent looking for a honeymoon vacation. She seemed very keen on helping but was taking multiple days to get back to me. She kept apologising for the late responses and even though she got me anxious that all vacation spots were snapping up fast, we were moving at a snail's pace. After multiple attempts at asking for a follow-up she just stopped responding. I'm not sure what happened. I was trying to be polite and understanding of the various reasons she was unable to get back to me in time. I thought we were on good terms but she wasted 3 weeks of crucial planning time.

Ultimately I had to plan the honeymoon myself. Ended up learning and using Air Canada Vacations. Bridge burned.
