I have had an amazing experience at Unihealth and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their overall health at a very reasonable cost. I bought the $27 massage Groupon and had one of the best massages I have ever had from Maura, so went back this week for more - another 1 hr massage and 1 hour of acupuncture with Julie. The first experience was so wonderful I purchased the membership option and I am looking forward to several months of massage and acupuncture at an unheard of rate. Look into this amazing health option.

So let me be blunt as possible about this. I had an appointment on 24th of March at 1. First of all trying to set an appointment was a hassle for me because this location never picked up the phone. So after talking to this Russian reciptionist which is the owner of this branch I set the appointment. It was my first time coming here so I didnt know where it was. Searching it on google it gave me the location of RBC. So it took me about 20 mi utes to find the actuall location. I called several times and they didn't pick up and after I found the location it was already 1:20. After all i went in and here it was an Asian ladie sitting by the phone and not answering the phone. And little after the reciptionist/owner came in with the WORST costumer interaction. First of all it took him a good two minutes to say Hi and notice me and then the massaure told him that my appointment was at 1 and I was 20 minutes late because i couldnt find the place. Him having the worst day in his life said "we cant do anything you just have to finish at 2" and he gives me this look like its my fault they didnt answer the phone. So he told me that i will have to pay extra 10 dollars for it to get the full one hour. I had nothing to say but to just say okay. This guy had no respect what so ever. Didnt hear him say sorry one single time and he talked to me like I was one of his massuers. So i go ahead and tell him that the location on google maps is wrong and it took me a while to find it. Him being a.... Says "we never have that problem with other costumers and google is not always right" im a business owner my self and I have dealt with google. So i told him that you just change the location so people dont get it wrong. And without aknowledging that i was right he told me "no we dont have any problem for this location its the north vancouver location that has a problem not us"
The massage wasnt good or bad it was okay with weak arms
