My wife and I worked with Luca to secure the mortgage for our first home purchase. After the bank took two weeks to approve us at a high risk mortgage rate, Luca stepped in and in two days was able to secure us a standard low-risk rate with the same lender that the bank had contacted.

Unlike the bank, Luca walked us through every document and detail to ensure that we understood what was needed and what we were signing.
