I had my employment medical conducted here in 2023 and many times before that. It was carefully done and thorough.

When I called today (2024-09-25 at 1211 pm) to have a copy of the reports sent to me, the staff Member (started with and S and ended with an UH) who answered the telephone call was able to promptly help me and didn't seem bothered with my inconvenient request.

I came in to get my annual aviation medical done here and received great service from the front desk and the examiner. It was incredibly expensive though! This was my first experience at this location and the charge was $140 more than my usual spot in Springbank. I would avoid this location if you have the option to.

Friendly front desk, everything went well until I met Doctor Yuan.

I was waiting her in a separate room, and I was on my phone while waiting for her. She came in to the room, while I was saying hi and was about to put my phone away, she said: you better put your phone away that’s not polite! (In an extremely disrespectful manner)

I was in complete shock and told her that she literally just entered the room, and I was going to put my phone down, she simply didn’t give me enough time. She continued to ask for my info in a disrespectful tone, and I felt like I was being interrogated like a criminal.

She was also referring me as “the Chinese guy” when talking to her colleagues. I do appreciate that, because I am indeed Chinese, but I also have a name. How can she ask for respect when she is not respecting others? I don’t know. What I do know is that I will never ever visit this clinic again. Thank you for disrespecting me.

The clinic clearly responded to previous reviews about the former receptionist. The new one was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 5-10 minutes (mind you, I was the first patient) and received my results in less than 48 hours. They also followed up to confirm that all information on my certificate was accurate. Very satisfied with their services

這裏做核酸測試是非常便宜250元加稅。48小時結果就出來了。之我本來預約了旁邊另外一間。但是他門口很大的招牌寫中文核酸測試。我便走了入去。但他說我沒有預約。他很有禮貌問我要不要在這裏做核酸測試。我便同意。他便安排。我在門口等了一會兒。便安排進入做核酸測試。護士很溫柔地幫我取採取樣本。員工都很有禮貌。位置在機場最下的一層和大樓角落的一邊，總之要坐電梯向下走。他的位置我們很少會前往。他還有停車場津貼。如果有人車你前往。要行機場大樓最下的一條路。在最後的一個門進入。向左便見到了。

What an amazing experience at the YVR location. The ladies in reception were very professional yet friendly and gave me good advice. The clinic was very clean and I got the test result within 24 hours. Thank you again.

The doctor was great and so kind but the receptionist was quite rude. I asked her for a simple photocopy of my medical records (which was mandatory) and it was as if it was the end of the world for her. If you're going their for a medical with the doctor- great, but just be warned when you come in 🙂
