We originally met Justin and Trisha after walking through a house they had listed. Although it wasn't the one for us, Justin offered to come have a look at our house to list, initiative we greatly appreciated.

From the initial meeting at our house to their offer of coming back to ensure the staging was on point, everything was over and above with Justin and Trisha. Their videographer / photographer did an amazing job capturing our house.

Although initially we weren't planning to purchase a new house right off the get go, we eventually changed direction and started the search. Justin and Trisha were quick to meet up if a house came available and were always willing to let us know their honest opinion and clearly weren't just trying to force a sale on us.

Their knowledge and expertise were greatly appreciated, their level of communication (having a tag team is a HUGE benefit) was always top notch, and the way they interacted with our son and pup made things surpass the business level interactions one would expect.

Overall we cannot recommend Trisha and Justin enough, it was a pleasure working with both of them and wouldn't hesitate to do it again when the time arises.

If you are in the market for real estate representation and you appreciate openness, honesty, communication, availability, and great interactions, this is the team for you.

Location, location, location.
The house will sell itself.
You've probably heard these comments before, and they're mostly true, but if you can't get connect the buyers with the great house in the great neighbourhood, you'll be stuck waiting for your house to sell.
Along with Trisha, we talked to 3 other realtors, all very well known names in Edmonton & Sherwood Park. All would have done a good job, but we chose Trisha for a couple of reasons.
1. She had a plan to market the house, using old school techniques (realtor open house) and all the new technologies (drones, video, social marketing, etc).
2. She was by far, the most aggressive with pricing the house.

Needless to say, we were thrilled with the results (10 showings in 2 days, 4 offers, 3 over list!).

Trisha really did deliver, and if we had gone with one of the other realtors, we would have left money on the table.

I can't say enough good things about Trisha, if you choose her to list your house, you will not be disappointed.

And oh, by the way, she's a really nice person, easy to talk to and always has a great smile on her face.
