Rob Townsend and Tanya Tagwerker, were incredible to work with. We had a great selling experience. I was scared to have out of town agents, go to a small town that everyone knew everyone, but Rob and Tanya, were very knowledgeable about the local market. They expertly marketed our mom's property, negotiated a great price, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were always responsive to our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect buyers for my mom's home. It is easy to under estimate how much stress and work it is to put a house up for sale. I interviewed several Real Estate agents, after realizing I could not do it myself. Rob Townsend and Tanya Tagwerker from TrilliumWest were the best. From the start they put me and the sale of my house first. You would never know, that they have several properties for sale. They were on time, their proposal and business plan came soon after and they took the time, every time, to explain what was happening. Their rate was reasonable, their staging was impeccable and they went above what you would expect. My house was on the market for a while but I was never forgotten, they checked in with me regularly. The showings were all professional done and we met on occasion to talk the listing over There was never a time when I was rushed to make up my mind about the sale. They took care of everything concerning the sale. We are still in touch because I will eventually buy a house through them. Rob and Tanya have so many facets to their business. Nice touches when you need it Over time you simply become friends, although I cannot promise that happens to everybody!
