Joan Know Kingston is our go to person for travel. She is amazing at finding flights, hotels, cars and insurance. The last trip to Malta she organized our flights and insurance. Great service and very nice to deal with.

What an awful travel agent that uses shady business practices to generate sales. I have referred multiple people to his services for a wedding, only to hear that his newly acquired clients have been sold on false information for other trips.

Truly a garbage person working for a garbage business.

Andrew came so very highly recommended. We spoke on the phone several times and gave him exactly what we requested 6 months prior to when we wanted to leave. We asked for adults only in a particular resort that did allow children. We paid a PREMIUM price for this upgrade and when we showed up, we didn't get anything that we requested. We were right above the daycare, kids playground and kiddie pool. Kids were running up and down the hallways at all hrs of the day and night as well as screaming and crying. We got back from the trip and informed him of what happened and it was “sorry about that. Don’t know what happened. Can’t fix it now” There was no “how can I make this right?” Or “what can I do to make your next trip better”. NOTHING. My husband spent sooooo much time researching this resort and he was so upset that he felt he ruined the vacation. Myself and my hubby are not hard people to get along with but this situation is not right and I will never go back to Andrew again.

In 2020 I walked into Trent Travel on the recommendation of an acquaintance. We booked an amazing tropical trip. Since then we have booked 5 more (one today) and are booking for November when we get back from our trip in March 2023. Andrew Pearson. You are an outstanding travel agent and human being. Andrew is an excellent travel agent. He is very good at his job. Example, last year our trip got canceled by sunwing and he made it so we recieved our money back in less than 24 hours. He stays on his phone all hours to make sure every single detail is done for your trip. I will never use another travel agent.

Not to impressed.
I booked a group vacation. There were many issues along the way of a 6 month wait until our vacation day!!
Wrong credit cards were used for payment when advised to use a different one. When questioned a rude laugh was givin when asked why it was taking longer than 3 weeks to have a refund back on the credit card...
Offered to pick seats Pryer to leaving. Any request that was asked for was NOT given.
Unless you paid for extra leg room
Window seat was requested and an isle seat was selected...
grooms plane ticket was printed with wrong name on it. And I had to prove I was right about the error with a picture. Along with another passenger.
We all were offered the upgrade and the entire group took the upgrade. We get to the resort and it wasn’t an upgrade. The upgrade was towels in the room and 1 bottle of rum... the real upgrade would cost another $230 for the week.
As some guests had to pay for to get a decent room.
Just felt anything we asked the agent didn’t seem to know anything about the resort... any issues the blame was ALWAYS Air transat and there was nothing she could do about it, it’s like we just booked the trip on line with out even an agent helping. This was a very special trip. Not just a group going away. We were celebrating a wedding while there..
just felt there were to many problems along the way....
and no sympathy was given once back and informed...
