Hello all . I have been an tenant of TRC Management since October 2017 here in Stony Plain so far I have had no problems with my unit . I know some had problems and was delt with very quickly. TRC Management team is very friendly and present to deal with. I will highly recommend talking with someone from TRC about renting from any properties they own . In the winter the snow is keep clear there has not been any issues with snow removal, if looking for some were to rent I highly recommend TRC Management.

We have been tenants with TRC for the last 7 years. They are very easy to deal with and are very responsive to maintenance issues. All the staff in the office are very helpful and quick to respond. They truly go above and beyond. Would highly recommend!!

The best rental property Agency that I have ever dealt with they have the best service and go above and beyond to make sure that their tenants are happy. The lady’s that work management are amazing especially Kelli-Ann. She such a sweetheart. Overall very happy with their service and if you’re looking for a rental property I highly recommend them.

I Ulocked my bike indoors and directly below a camera. It got stolen and I tried to ask for the camera footage for the cops and I was told “those cameras don’t work”. I did everything right and lost hundreds of dollars in equipment.
