I honestly can’t say enough about how awesome carol was !!! We suffered a pretty bad lost Christmas Eve so we reached out to Carol and booked a trip very last minute to get away. She was very attentive and helpful. She also spoke to the hotel and explained what had happened to us and they treated us amazing. I have never used a travel agent before and now we will only book trips with Carol. The resort was just what we needed, a little hidden gem with a nice quiet relaxing theme. Thanks so much Carol you were great ! 🙂

Rob was a great help in assisting my family finding a place to stay for our first ever trip together in Mexico. He checked in during the vacation to make sure everything was good and how we we're enjoying ourselves. He even helped on a Saturday for an extended period of time to fix an error from the tour group for our shuttle to the airport the next day.

I will be using Rob and TPI- Langley for all my vacations going forward. I've been travelling lots but having an expert giving you advice saves times and removes guess work on the hotel selection.

Called to get a price point for flights. The sales agent was beyond inconsiderate and rude. He asked how many passengers, I responded and he said "Woah, that's a party." We are leaving for a funeral. He then told me "it's just as much work for me to give you a price point as it is it to book the flight." To which I responded by hanging up the phone.

Can’t say enough about the support and service Carol and her partner recently provided. I Recently tried to make some booking changes by myself and the Airline was being completely unreasonable. Carol was able to use her influence and help the airline understand how unreasonable they were being.

UPDATE: Since Google doesn't have a reply option I will just respond with an update. Not only are you unprofessional, you are also a liar! When I visited your office you said it would cost $100.00 per person for you to do this work to which I promptly agreed.( first lie! You were doing it for money $200.00 to be exact. )
Never did you hint or say that you only did air travel for existing customers. ( lie number 2!) How do you expect as you say, "recover from over 2 years of losing so much money" if you don't want new customers?!
And last but not least, lie number 3! At what point in a 42 second phone call asking to speak with Carol about my trip and you respond she was busy was I rude?!! I didn't have time to get a full answer out of you, never mind being rude! To conclude, anyone who reads your one star reviews will see that it is a pattern with you to leave people hanging instead of being an honest business and say you don't have time or are not interested in booking travel that requires some work

If you are looking for travel that needs more than just booking flights, don't waste your time and go somewhere else. I went to their store on Saturday February 25 looking for some flights that would include my dogs. I spoke with Carol, gave her the info on what I was looking for and she told me I would have an email by Sunday night with some option or info. I waited a week and nothing. So I called back on March 4th to ask if they had any info for me, the gentleman who answered recognized me when introduced myself and told me Carol was busy with a client and would call me in 15 minutes. To this day, I am still waiting for that call back. Of course I went somewhere else (Marlin Travel) and within a week I had my tickets in hand.
