Worst people I’ve ever dealt with, no knowledge, experience or customer service. I’ve told others and we now use other resources. A complete waste of time going there. Lesson learnt. Absolutely useless

Great place for information about traveling around Manitoba! Helpful staff are bilingual and offer great service in French and English. Also really nicely air conditioned of you need a break from the heat!

This place is not helpful if you need a St. John's Ambulance people. Apparently, there are none. But security guards they have. I have never thought of information booth was that bad. I have not been to the Forks in four years. Now I feel that the Forks is not the place. I will go to the Assiniboine Park at the Lyric Theater Watch movies on Friday night and watch music on Saturday or Sunday. It looks like these people travel Manitoba has made the Forks not the place to be at.

Lots of brochures and information as well as someone to answer your questions. Got some great Be Bear Smart activity booklets for kids which they can complete and mail off to receive a certificate and pin.

Knowledgeable people, lots of pamphlets, and rotating displays that promote whatever is happening locally at that time. Also check out the great videos to find some inspiration as to where to go or what to do.
