Town of ajax has donate nothing for the area of burtcher and Clements race track and stop signs that nobody stops for! It's a joke , they put up speed barriers on empower but our area is a damn speeding zone. Wait til someone is killed by these cars that use our street as a shortcut to bayly. Absolutely nothing . Once in a blue moon the police sit on burtcher a nails these clown but that's about every 4 months. Councilors are just useless and looking for a paycheck

Not a nice place to live if you want to have more than one vehicle per family.
Plus the crime rate.
At least we have bus lanes that we can't drive in on off hours. Win win...

Used to be nice place to live but for the past 3 years the city is good only for collecting 6000$ property tax and nothing else as the street at the south side is getting too old the sidewalk and curb are all damaged, loud music from bars and lounge up to 2.30am (it starts to feel like living in an industrial area)

Great response from bi-law, others areas not so much. Issues relating to Town construction roads etc. not addressed and I needed to do the repairs myself. Waited several months for a response.

Since when does parking enforcement come bang on your door like the police Had a guy bang on my door about my parking infront my own house with work going on in my driveway very unprofessional and rude !

Love having this building in such close proximity to the library, and with plenty of parking. Summer nights there's a schedule of free concerts which take place in the plaza outside.
