Witty did a great job getting us the best price for our house. Originally he advised that we can only look at the Assignment sales he had if we sold our house first, keep in mind he showed me a huge list of them and said it changes everyday. So we decided to sell, but when it came time for us to find a new home there were little to no assignment sales or pre-sales as he said there would be. I understood that this was due to the slow winter season and so we advised we would like to look at resales instead. Witty did not focus as much on finding us a new home as I would have liked, we had to do all the searching ourselves and then ask him to book the showing. I think from my experience, he is very good at negotiating both purchase and sale but he is far too busy to help you find what you're looking for. You do need to put that time in yourself. It would have been helpful if he did focus a bit more on us but he takes on many clients and does not have the time to do so. He is very money driven and not customer driven. Overall we were happy with the outcome and we love our new home.
