I had a fantastic experience at this location, thanks in large part to the receptionist. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and took the time to answer all my questions about vaccinations and travel health. She was patient and ensured I understood all the information I needed for my upcoming trip.

Her professionalism and warm demeanor really stood out, and it made the whole experience so much more pleasant. I felt like I was in great hands! Highly recommend this clinic, and especially the receptionist who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and informed.

Kelly was amazing!! I was gonna have to do my test in nanaimo and Victoria, but she was to move stuff around and squeeze me in so I wouldn't have to go back and forth! Really made my life easier !!

I have found Travel Medicine and Vaccination Centres very professional and friendly. I travel a lot and have used their services for vaccinations and Covid testing since I work in the film industry. I needed to visit a public health or travel medicine clinic for a particular skin test as soon as possible. I visited the TMVC in Nanaimo and was greeted by Kelly. I explained my situation, and Kelly was quick to see how she and Kristin could assist. Due to a last minute cancellation, Kelly and Kristin were able to accommodate my request and the test was administered by Kristin painlessly and effectively. Both Kelly and Kristin are very knowledgeable and professional, and my follow up appointment with Navleen was just as consistent in respect to care and consideration. I highly recommend this clinic and the people working there!
