I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. My insurance AMA used them as a third party adjuster, they told me I was lying about my claim and was plain out rude even the owner himself. Once I spoke to AMA and voiced my concerns they handled everything after that, AMA was amazing to deal with and all contents were covered under my policy. I would NEVER recommend this Company. Avoid at all costs!!!

Terrible experience. Because of the unresponsiveness of my adjuster and the constant ignoring of my attempts to be in touch with him I've lost out on this year's season to repair my roof. I'll now have to risk waiting until spring and risk it collapsing under the weight of snow (it's a flat roof.) The adjuster initially pointed out that any problem I might have with my roof was most likely excluded in my policy but said he would try to see what could be done. An inspector came out but never sent a report. And then months went by with me trying to contact him and get a report and a definitive answer. What a waste of time and energy. And so disrespectful and unprofessional.
