A Truly Magical Trip – Thanks to Jessica Fernando!

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Jessica Fernando as our Walt Disney World travel planner! She planned the most amazing week-long vacation for us at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, and made the entire process completely stress-free.

Jessica created a perfectly detailed itinerary that balanced must-see attractions, character meet-and-greets, dining experiences, and just the right amount of downtime. All I had to do was follow the itinerary — she took care of everything else!

She also highlighted key areas in each park and pointed out the must-ride attractions, helping us make the most of our time. Thanks to her expert tips and planning, we experienced all the magic Disney has to offer without any of the usual stress that comes with trip planning.

Jodi was absolutely INCREDIBLE planning a magical Disneyworld trip with our 5 year old and 18 month old in April 2025. From end to end she helped guided us on and ins and outs so we didn’t have to watch endless YouTube videos or read countless blog posts on lightning lanes and the dining plans etc. She gave us the best tips and info via email and shared awesome PDF tip resources she has built over the years and shared them at the perfect time so we didn’t get overwhelmed. Also we had a nightmare situation where our baby got sick the night before we were supposed to fly out and given it was a minor illness she took the initiative to call Disney and get our accommodation and lightning lane bookings plus dining reservations all moved out a few days which is near impossible and it took all the stress off of us. Jodi is honestly amazing, have never had a travel agent this helpful and we’ve already booked our next Disney vacation!! Anne was super helpful from start to finish! Me and my friends had wanted to go on our first big trip together, and had no idea where to start. Our family of 5 planned our vacation with Cindy and I would recommend her to everyone. We stayed 2 nights at Universal and 3 nights on the Disney Wish.
