When I first came to Maletta Dental a few years ago, I felt right at home in this office. From Dr. Maletta to the staff. They took care of me like my old dentist back in my hometown. I went to many different dentists in St. Catharines, none felt as safe and home like this dentistry.
?Dr. Maletta, Bev, Kat, Sue Anne and many of the beautiful staff here went above and beyond for me. Making me feel safe and secure during one of the hardest times of my life. They all made me feel comfortable. Like a home away from home. I will not ever go to another dentistry here after what I have been through with others. Quoting me for things never needed just so they could line their pockets. Never be afraid to get a second opinion on your Healthcare! They are and will be my forever dentists here.

My appointments at Thorold Family Dental are always positive. Dr. Alessandro Virgulti is an exceptional dentist who puts his patients at ease no matter the treatment. The staff are professional, welcoming and efficient. The clinic is always clean, well managed and offers a relaxing atmosphere.

I was in for a cleaning but they found cavity and suggested a teeth filling, I did the teeth filling however, the doctor drilled so close to my nerves causing me irritation and temperature sensitivity, I came back to have them check it… they had suggested a root canal which I couldn’t afford at the time hence I was stuck with temperature sensitive gums (no hot coffee, no ice cream). It just felt like a huge money grab. However the staff and hygienists where nice. Never going there again tho

They double booked me on multiple occasions and then would blame me saying I had the wrong appointment time (even with email proof). If you’re even 5 minutes late (sometimes this happens with 3 kids!!) , they will cancel your whole appointment. The secrataries are incredibly rude and condescending. They don’t know what they are doing half the time.

Aside from that, it is a beautiful and clean office. My favourite dental hygienist was Melissa. She was absolutely amazing! My kids loved her too. Nothing bad to say about her or the other hygienist I had one time before.
