Just wanted to share my experience as a first time home buyer . In August of 2023 after working with a horrible realtor , my wife and I started working with Julianne Reynolds. What an absolutely fantastic experience working with The Renolds Team! Jason has been absolutely fantastic. Jason was referred to us by a good friend and did not disappoint! We were having to sell my mother in laws house due to the passing of my father in law. Jason & his team were very compassionate and worked with the whole family to try and make things as easy as possible for my MIL. He listed to our priorities and worked with us during some pretty difficult bumps on our side. In the end the house sold quickly in a challenging market for a fair price and we were all quite happy with the service we received. Melissa provided suggestions but never made us feel pressured around painting of house or price. I have never encountered a realtor with such great communication skills. Any updates of houses for sale in neighborhood
