I’m delighted with my experience with The Pump Shop!! This week we had a scheduled repair visit to replace our cottage pump. Instead of simply going ahead with the replacement, the two repair techs gave our old pump one last try and …. It worked!!! The integrity shown by this company saved me a considerable amount of money in the short term but earned The Pump Shop a loyal customer in the long term. Nicely done!!!

I’m sure these guys are great if you can get them to come out! The first receptionist was very helpful when we first called about our broken water pump & said she would prioritize us as there are two very disabled people dependent on me on the site. Since then it has been difficult to find out when we we will get the repair - a different receptionist said it definitely wouldn’t be today and possibly not even tomorrow - so I am hauling water manually from the lake and going into town for bottled water. We may have to book into a motel for a second night. I know they are busy and probably short staffed so be prepared for a bit of a wait. Stock up on your own water! UPDATE: the guys came and fixed the pump, explaining everything, though we had to replace a faulty nut. The owner has kept in touch. So I am changing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. This is a good company operating in difficult conditions.If you are renting a cottage, bring a toolkit!

Our well pump broke just days before the May 2-4 weekend. The Pump Shop jumped into action to get us a new pump and have it installed in time for the long weekend. Whether it's their scheduler, their technicians, or the owner himself, these folks know their stuff, do what they say they will do, stay in touch when there are delays, show up on time to the site, and are always courteous. Thank you Ashley, Dallas, John, Ron, and Jesse. Highly recommend!

Five stars truly isn’t enough to describe the level of service and dedication this team provides. More specifically Donny. The staff were very professional and the crew were knowledgeable and worked hard to get our new pump installed, repaired broken wiring to the pump and built a new stand for the pump. Pressure is awesome now but needed to install new filters.
5 stars to the team who worked very hard to answer all the no water problems on the lake.

When you hire a pump installer you’re not buying a pump, you’re purchasing the future service when something goes wrong. We just had Airbnb guests move in and let us know that the water was off on a busy summer Saturday. These guys answered immediately and 5 minutes ltr were knocking on the door. The pump was pulled and replaced within an hour. The pump shop is worth every penny you spend - kudos to all of you.
