Been with them several times and my car was repossessed April 26th after I paid my insurance and they wouldn't cancel it and they knew I had no car. I'm fighting to get it removed because they also tried to ask for more money and said they requoted my quote and wouldn't cancel my insurance because they wanted more money from me. So tired of them

My son died unexpectedly, when I called his broker and they reached out to Nordic they wouldn’t close his policy with a death certificate. They did hold payment until I was able to close his banks account. Then they resumed payments and sent him a registered letter of cancellation for non payment. This is a horrible way to conduct business. They actually sent the letter in his name so I had to bring a death certificate to the post office to collect said letter. Why with a death certificate they couldn’t close his account I’ll never know. As a grieving parent I think they are unethical!

Stay away! Worst experience with a company iv ever had. They steal your money. Iv been double charged a few times this year and I just canceled as they just did it again. They say they will pay it back in the form of cheques that never come.

Worst company ever. Canceled a car insurance policy without ever letting the client know. Client found out 9 months later when they wanted to renew.

I was Rear ended. Not at fault.

Worse customer service experience!
Is it acceptable to wait over 70 days to hear from a claim Rep?
Is acceptable that the manager of the claim Rep, agrees this normal for them ?

This is not acceptable to anyone !
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. You need a complete over haul with how you deal with your client's.
I will take my experience to all who will listen and social media for all to hear how crazy stupid this experience has been.

On the plus side. Please re consider competition. I saved $63.00 by just switching and canceling with these guys !

Cancelled insurance in november , they still took a payment in december for a rediculous amount. Wasn't until 5 weeks later that I received the money back they owed me. On top of this once i called around and found a new insurance company i realized how much i was being overcharged ... almost 1000$ a year , do not recommend this company at all.
