This review is long overdue but well earned. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Eli in the purchase of two homes over the past six years. We were first-time house buyers and had no idea (still largely true) what went into buying a house but Eli took us through everything step-by-step as things were happening in such a way that we neither felt overwhelmed nor ambushed as we went through the process. It went so smoothly and we knew even then that it was because of all the leg-work Eli was doing behind the scenes.
It wasn't until we purchased our second home just a few months ago that we realized just how good it was to have Eli negotiating on our behalf again. Under the council of some inexperienced realtors we had our offer on a home perfect for us conditionally accepted but on a timeline that was near impossible to meet conditions. With an unconditional offer that came in just the next day we had no room for error and the sellers were unwilling to extend the deadline. Eli must have worked round-the-clock but managed to line everything up in time even though it left us in an uneasy suspense until the final day. Who knows, if given more time to search and negotiate he might have even been able to have gotten us a better rate but he got the job done regardless and we are grateful.
In the face of what might otherwise have been a squandered opportunity due to poor advice, Eli was able to land us a home perfect for our young family. Thanks again, Eli!
