Holly was unprofessional and rude.

We are first time home buyers, as well as business owners. Our case might have been a little harder than regular ones.

Holly never updated us, we would have to reach out to get an update. She would tell us that she was going to do something and call us in two days, wouldn't. 4 days go by and we call to get an update, she didn't do it because something was wrong but we were never informed it needed to be updated.

We are discussing things on the phone. She's going through points, about to switch to a new one and I say "hold on, hold on. I don't understand" she tells me "well, if you let me finish you would". At this time she also tells us that our case would be hard so we can't hold her to anything. Both my husband and I are shocked because we specifically asked prior to calling our real estate agent if we are ok. She said yes.

Fast forward to us finding a house and getting all the paperwork in order. I call her to get information on something, she picks up the phone saying "I'm not ready to talk to you yet"... Alright?

My husband calls a different time to confirm something, she is all frustrated at him and says "I have assistants for this! Why are you calling me?"

We have never been introduced to an assistant and when you call the line it gives you no option for reception. Our only point of contact throughout this whole thing has been her.

We get our paperwork. Read it over, keep in mind we are first time buyers and understand what we think is correct. Sign. Our lawyer gets ahold of us and tells us what we have left owing. This number was 7.5x higher than what we were told. I call Holly to discuss this and she says, is the lawyers fault and she missed it but we missed it to and we can't be mad at her.

I would never recommend using her services. She makes you feel very uneducated if you don't understand the terminology and is always bothered when you ask questions for clarification.

I am very thankful to meet Mr. Jaber who has got me the mortgage renwal with a good rate.
I would not stop right there, to continue to thank him for a such sevice. He fought really hard to get me a good mortgage rate. I would definetly say spent lots of time checking with many lenders to please his clients, with lower rates than other institutions may offer.
