Tried for a refiance and was offered a higher rate then other places with extreme restrictions. They wanted over two grand in legal fees on top. When i spoke up i was offered no other options. Bank has offered me .5 percent lower with less restrictions. Just a waste of time and effort. They told me to really double check and read the banks offers.....i always do and it is much better honestly. I do not recommend this place and be careful to read everything you are signing with these people!....just go to the bank....it is the same amount of work and lower rates.......so too add to this, i recieved a call about this review........lol!

Update - 2025. I just did my second mortgage through this business and it was just as great as the first time. They kept track of what I sent and what I needed, and kept me up to date on the changing rates. Everything goes smoothly.

I was nervous about not going through a bank directly, but Cathy at TMC was amazingly helpful and patient with me, and was looking out for my best interests instead of a bank's. She found me the lowest rate at the time of applying, then continued to secure even lower rates for me as the rates varied, right up until days before my closing! I am very pleased with the service!
