I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with The Mortgage Advisors. Before we did anything, we made an appointment with Corinna and sat down and discussed a somewhat elaborate situation where we had two homes to sell and one to purchase. Corinna explained everything, and we went forward with their services over the next several months. Lisa is probably the most positive and organized person I have ever dealt with! She is a fabulous communicator, and often had to walk us through different scenarios or explain certain nuances to us in a way that made sense. She did all of this in a cheerful way, and always made sure that we knew she was there for any questions or concerns we had. We have probably called her 50 times over the past 3 months! Even during a couple of small hiccups that popped up with our purchase due to some unforeseen circumstances, Lisa and Corinna handled the situation with grace and were able to smooth everything out professionally and promptly, negating any extra stress during what is usually a quite stressful time of buying and selling. They also secured us a great rate, with a great lender! We are very thankful for all of the hard work they did for us, and we would definitely use them again and again if we ever did find ourselves buying in the future. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend The Mortgage Advisors as a broker for the two following reasons:
1) I secured the best rate possible
2) Lisa. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and a great communicator. She provided me with more information than any of the large lenders ever did and as a first time home buyer this was highly appreciated. Her responsiveness to questions helped me quickly understand the process and make good decisions.

Even without the lower rate I believe I still would have chosen to do business with The Mortgage Advisors purely based on my experience dealing with Lisa.

Corinna & Lisa are wonderful people! So easy to talk to, quick and efficient.
