I took a customer there to pick up material she wanted to pay for. Young guy behind counter seemed distracted and was on his phone till we got to the counter I gave him my order clearly and he agreed I went outside and started to load 12 foot 2x4s and the guy said they were not on the list I was not happy as I had to make the elderly lady customer climb out of my truck and take her inside to pay for the 2x4s not on the bill and then when the lady got back in the truck the guy came outside and said he had the wrong 4x4 spikes on the bill so the lady has to yet again climb out of my truck and go straighten that out I voiced a little frustration and the young guy outside was talking back to me saying (were only human man) usually a customer if they don't get good service can voice a little frustration they workers should bite there tongue. Gonna drive to teulon where I can get good professional service

We have hit up the Lumberzone a time or two and greatly appreciate their speedy response time for recieving estimates back.

The young men who delivered went the extra mile and walked the lumber exactly where I needed it and in a tricky spot.
Their help is greatly appreciated!

I just wish they had straightforward prices listed on their website.

The high quality service i get at this location is unmatched. The lumber pickers are freindly, knowledgeable and most importantly very helpful. Hats off to the guys working the lumber yard in -30C weather
