Our mortgage broker, Julia Carvalho, went above and beyond with making sure our needs were met. We had a lot of questions but Julia was able to help us understand and explain what we needed to know. She also worked day and night to make sure all things were processed to meet tight deadlines - she was well organized and always had a direction for what is next so we could prepare. Her experience and knowledge was easily recognized based on how methodical she was. We will be recommending her to our friends and family!

This was my first time using a mortgage broker outside of the big five banks and I was very impressed with the personalized service. I want to specifically mention Tanya Miedema! I came to review the fantastic help that we got from Julia Carvalho as our mortgage broker. We decided to buy a house in a short time frame and she went above and beyond to make it happen the smoothest possible. I have had previous experience with others mortgage brokers in the past and so far Julia was the only one that worked so organized during the process. Julia Carvalho was by far the BEST Mortgage Broker we've dealt with! She was amazing and always available for you if you have questions even if it is past business hours. I worked with Sara Stenhouse mostly and she was always available to answer questions and look for the best rate she could. We had some snags with my mortgage only because the previous lender was not willing to allow me to pay the penalty and get out of my mortgage. Sara did everything she could do to get this lifted and a day later, I received a call from Sara that magic had happened and I could proceed moving forward with Axiom Mortgage Solutions. Sara is very personable and friendly, and you feel like you are not just working with someone who is a professional and knows their stuff, but someone who is a friend as well. She really cares, and wants to do everything she can to make purchasing a home go as smoothly as possible

We are so happy that we have Julia Carvalho as our agent from Axiom Mortgage Solution who assists us all the way down to our house application. She even explains other options as we have difficulties getting approval due to some reason. But Julia stays with us whatever it takes as long as we can get the approval.
