Best customer experience you can ever have. The staff is friendly and helpful in all aspects. They go out of their way to find what you need when you need it. Just before going to the Big Island, my wife needed to switch back to regular glass lens in her mask but could not find the one that originally came with her mask. They found some for her. Way to go... I would not go anywhere else...

I recently had a friend go through their open water certification course and I stopped in to the shop a few times during their course. Here is my impression as an experienced diver of 30 years with over 100 dives world wide and never visiting this shop before; I’ve never met a team of more disinterested, unhelpful, “better than you are” employees. After discussion with my friend (who has little to no dive experience) who took the open water course they described the course as more of an examination and evaluation of their current skills as a opposed to actual instruction on what to do. If someone struggled with something they rushed them, sloughed it off and just said that it’ll work itself out and continued rushing through the class. Their high intensity approach drove several people to quit and fail. When any attempts were made for assistance, feedback or evaluation their go to response was “(pay us more) and take more courses and refreshers and you’ll get it!”.

This isn’t the dive community that I’ve known in my experience. It was disheartening. Although my experience was limited I would 100% not recommend the Dive Outfitters to any prospective divers!

Just finished the open water divers Part 1, and I can tell you that you will never find a more supportive, friendly, patient and informative group of instructors and dive masters. If you are thinking about taking a diving course this is the place to start! They have you covered with rental equipment, so you can try before you buy! Wonderful staff and owners are top notch!

Great deals and excellent customer service/support.
My order was a rush order and very close to my travel date. I had called to see if I could pickup from the post office the moment it reaches. This was even before the order was on its way to Ontario. I was tracking it myself and never expected the sender to track it. But, Angie followed up on the tracking and sent me an email as soon as the order was ready for pickup. Much appreciated. I definitely recommend buying/ordering from them.

I have just completed my open water and feel compelled to share my great experience. From classroom to pool to Twin lakes all the staff made it so enjoyable and comfortable. I certainly needed assistance and they by far stepped up. Thank you to everyone!

Went in today just to check out what they have in store and see what they suggest for upgrading my snorkeling kit. A lot of stores have good/decent customer service when you are looking to spend lots of money or at least spending some money that day. I was not even looking to spend any money today, and I feel that's where this store really stood out and have made a lifelong customer once I am ready to purchase. They also offer a military discount for active and veterans. Talked to a extremely polite lady that walked me through all the kit I wanted to check out. Was really impressed with the level of cleanliness in the shop. Overall it was a refreshing experience for a locally owned and operated shop in Edmonton. Thanks 👍
