6 years house and car together with this "GREAT" company. not a single claim, they increased insurance fee dramatically every year. Customer service is "GREAT", let you wait for a long time and sorry, all agents are on break, will call back, and most of time, they don't. Imagine if you need help urgently. Stay away.

I was with them for 2 years, all my properties and cars. One time they didn’t deduct the money from my credit card, someone called me said I need to provide another card, but DID NOT told me my insurance will be cancelled if I don’t. After few weeks, I remember this thing and call in to provide my credit card, then I was been told my policy has been cancelled. It effect my whole driving record and credit record. Unbelievable!! Normally insurance companies will call client twice to tell them the consequence. Well, they didn’t !! Never go with them, they are cheap, but you get this kind of service.

I believe you posted this to the wrong agency. Angel Ng whom you had a terrible experience has her own Agency which is also located in Richmond Hill area. I personally have dealt with Ted Chan Insurance Agency over the last 30 years and have always have great service there.

I would give them a zero star, my insurance was cancelled without telling me the consequences as they just mailed once and then ghost. It affected my 7 year clean record.

After having one claim, they cancelled my insurance without a courtesy call or anything. I had called them and asked whether they only wanted clients who paid and had no claims to which they responded, "we are sorry". Avoid at all costs.

Horrible service, provided one of their agents named Angel Ng with all my personal info for getting an auto insurance quote. She never got back to me. When I called, I was told that I need to book appointment to speak to her or anyone else there. most ridiculous insurance broker.
