Horribly disappointed. It’s greyhound and nothing more. It’s squishy, packed in like sardines, chose seats but they told ppl to just sit wherever so I couldn’t sit with my senior father.
Granola bars were left at the front of the bus to “help yourself” but that wasn’t announced until everyone was sitting and no one got back up to take any on this crowded squishy bus.
The wifi wasn’t working either.
NEVER EVER AGAIN! I’m glad this is a one way trip for us!

The high heat temperature inside the bus was killing me. Its not even cold outside. I'm not being mean but the smells made me dizzy. Its my first time travelling by bus to Calgary and the experience made me decide to bring my own car next time. The lady driver was nice though i talked to her to turn off the heater or reduce it at least but she didn't do anything.

Never taking this bus again. Do not ever book with this bus company. I was in the 5pm bus bound to Calgary. We were actually seated at the back of the driver so we heard everything and what was going on the entire misfortune. It was already 2hours since we left Southgate Centre and we haven’t even reached Red Deer. The bus driver noticed that the air flow supply was going down on the gauge. He called his boss and said he already noticed it when we were still
Edmonton and thought it was just a faulty wiring on the gauge. The low air supply flow also may have caused some of the technicality of the bus to loosen. The main door was loose that we can hear the loud whistle of the wind through the small opening. The bus ended up stopping at Ponoka around 8pm. Replacement bus arrived more than 1hour. We ended up not taking the replacement bus. We asked for a refund. They couldn’t and all they could do is just apologize. This was negligence on their part for not making sure the bus was good for transit to begin with. I believe I read other reviews (by Dani and Patrick Samuel) about this incident. I believe he or she was also in the same bus we were.

Negligence. Poor handling of situation. Poor customer service.

I was riding on the Canada bus to Edmonton on Jan 29, Back to Calgary on Jan 31, Lucky me to have the same driver, super nice and courteous. Strong WiFi on the bus, Seats are clean, and the bus inside is not smelly. A bit of delay on 31st due to road conditions and the bus need to filled up with gas . The driver did not take his coffee break, Back on driving ASAP once the bus is done fuled. Excellent customer service

If I could post negative stars I would. This whole operation is a clown show! The posted bus schedule times don't match the actual pickup times. When questioned they use the line that "it changed due to operational requirements". Why has the website not been updated and why are they able to take money for trips that don't exist. Super hard to communicate with. All you get is the runaround. Each person you eventually get to speak to has a different story. Booked my tickets to match my plane flights in August 2024 to fly in December for Christmas. Bus didn't even show up! I had to find another way to the airport to make my flight. Times were also changed on the return leg, I had to call a few times to get that info. There was ZERO communication from them about this even though they had all my contact info. I've phone and argued with them numerous times. I want my hard earned money back for their failure to provide the services I paid for. One person tells me they will refund then state they can't, another suggested I email them all my credit card info (seriously!) another just stated they are non-refundable but oh wait (!) they will give me a credit for another trip as long as I use it within 4 months. NOT A BLOODY CHANCE I ever use this company again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

The worst company to ride with, constantly cancelling bus trips one-way without offering refunds for the full trip or an alternate route back and having major delays on routes due to mechanical issues that are severely mishandled by the company. Currently delayed by 3 hours on the bus heading to Calgary from Edmonton.

Not only have they recently gotten rid of any stop in Edmonton that is not southside, they randomly reschedule your bus times with 4 days notice. They have rescheduled my bus times numerous times it is ridiculous especially as someone who goes to Calgary for the day for an appointment and then goes back to Edmonton in the same day. And they only refunded me for the trip there not even the one back this is theft.

I can confidently say that I just had one of the worst transit experiences of my life on this bus.

The heat was CRANKED even though it was quite warm outside, which created a truly unbearable temperature situation inside the bus itself.

Despite being asked multiple times if the heat could be turned down, the driver was unable to do anything except open the roof hatches to promote negligible air circulation.

A truly awful, borderline inhuman travel experience.

I was a fan of this bus line before this trip, but I'm doubtful that I will ever use The Canada Bus again after this trip.
