I can not say enough about the quality of service, communication, professionalism, and sometimes even counselling the team at Paul Baird gave my family and I. From the moment they came to see our property, they were full of suggestions and ideas of things that they would do to sell the property. They provided a presentation that let us know who they were and how they work. This was an estate sale so there were family members to consider, Paul, Craig and Michael wow'ed us. They promised a proposal by end of day, and we received a package outlining everything! We could not have been in better hands.

The communication throughout the sale was on point. i was never left with a question unanswered and a concern removed. The staging, the photos, the drone photography were absolutely amazing and showed the property off to its fullest potential. Their vision of what could be far surpassed what ours was.

We were fortunate to have a very quick sale, the team walked us through all of the offers and made sure we understood everything. Going above and beyond as there were several stakeholders involved in all the discussions. I appreciate their hard work in getting us to a final sale. I was completely satisfied with the Baird Team. Their customer service was amazing…from start to finish. From the purchase of my new home to the sale of my old home, the process was smooth. The professional photographer & videographer, stager, “Custom Designs” and cleaner and carpet cleaner all did a fabulous job. The team also provided contacts for contractors for some of the minor repairs that needed to be done as per their detailed and comprehensive assessment. It was also the small things like delivering moving boxes and packing supplies, picking up a few other supplies, etc. for me as I was too busy getting the house ready,. My questions, emails, and phone calls were always promptly answered.
